Broadcast Club
The SMS Broadcasting Club has been in existence for over ten years and open to all students who enjoy spreading the news! Members of the Broadcast club will be responsible for writing and making the morning announcements, creating a school newsletter and possibly creating a recorded newscast to keep students and teachers up to date with school news!

Con Brio Players
The Con Brio Chamber Players is a chamber group for the advanced string player. It is by audition only, for 7th and 8th graders. Repertoire is more advanced, encompassing styles, interpretation and difficulty to expand the level of ability of the members. The group is a vehicle for the more advanced players to reach unimagined potential. Meets all year.
