MISSING SCHOOL = MISSING OUT!
ATTENDANCE MATTERS
YOUR CHILD CAN SUFFER ACADEMICALLY if they miss 10% of school (18 days). That’s just 2 days per month!
IT DOESN’T MATTER IF THESE ABSENCES ARE EXCUSED OR UNEXCUSED. They all represent lost time in the classroom and a lost opportunity for your child to learn.
Arriving late or leaving early can also negatively impact a student missing instructional time as well as the teachers and other students whose learning/teaching is disrupted when a student leaves early or arrives late.
PLEASE make EVERY effort to schedule appointments after school or on scheduled breaks and days off.

MEALTIME ACCOUNTS: Please be sure to check your child’s MealTime account balance regularly and replenish funds as necessary. If you feel that you may qualify for free or reduced lunch, please fill out the free and reduced lunch application which can be found on our district website under “district forms” and return it to the school nurse.
LOST & FOUND: As a reminder, lost and found items do pile up, so please remind your students to check FREQUENTLY for any lost items. The Lost & Found areas are located in both the vestibule and main office and are removed for donations throughout the school year. Thank you.
