Sparta High School welcomes the addition of any new club/activity proposed by a student or staff member that interests him/her and suits the needs of the community and/or school. If you would like to petition to add a new club/activity to the Sparta High School co-curricular program, please read the information below, then see Mrs. Neglia in the Main Office before filling out the application. Submission of additional supporting information is recommended.
