Kerry Adams
Ms. Kerri Adams, RN, MSN, CSN received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from William Paterson University in 2001. She has worked in various settings, including medical/surgical, pediatric intensive care, and adult and pediatric home care. Ms. Adams worked part time as a school nurse at Pope John High School, when her children were little, and decided to pursue a school nurse certificate at Rutgers University after learning how much she enjoyed working in the school setting. She was employed with Morris School District and Jefferson Township Public Schools prior to coming to Sparta in October of 2020. Ms. Adams recently completed her Masters of Science in Nursing and resides in Sparta with her family and dog.

- If your child is home with a fever over 100 degrees, has been vomiting or having diarrhea they should be kept home until they are 24 hours free of their fever or illness.
- If your child has had an injury or illness that requires them not to take gym or go outside for recess, please have a note sent in from their physician explaining the reason and duration
- If your child has had a change in their medical status, received recent immunizations, or had recent surgery please inform the nurse's office.
- When sending in notes or paperwork please make sure your child's full name is on the form.
