TED Ed Club

  • This club is a student-run organization whose purpose is to allow the leaders to practice organization, collaboration, accountability, and responsibility. The members, student leaders included, will be refining and practicing public speaking skills, generating authentic calls to action, and constructing motiivations and influential TED talks for this global platform. Students have 13 weeks to develop, edit, and perform their very own TED Ed talks about something meaningful to them. The purpose behind every TED talk is the idea that it is an "idea worth spreading," a message that can create change, big or small. In this club, students will be able to explore just how powerful their one voice can be while practicing skills that are vital to succeeding in the 21st century.
