Kindergarten and PreSchool Registration for 2012-2013
Registration will take place on Friday, April 27, 2012, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at MOHAWK AVE SCHOOL for students who will be entering Kindergarten or PreSchool in September 2012. Original Birth Certificates, Proof of Residency and Immunization Records MUST accompany your registration form.
