Dismissal Procedure

Students are dismissed at 3:35 p.m. Our teachers escort students to their buses in an orderly fashion. If for any reason it is necessary to pick up your child from school while classes are in session, you must sign them out in the main office.

Emergencies necessitating early pick up must be done so before 3:00 p.m.

Students who are being picked up at the end of the day will bring a note stating that a parent/guardian will be picking them up at the end of the day.  If your child is picked up each day after school, please send one note indicating this to be kept on file in the main office. 

Parents will enter the parking lot NO EARLIER THAN 3:00 P.M. 

Cars will be permitted to drive around the building.  Parents / Guardians will then park on the black top by the playground and go to the Annex Gym to sign the students out.  All students will be signed out in the Annex Gym, including walkers.  This will allow the busses to park in the front of the school and leave as soon as they are loaded.

Other than drop-off or pick-up, all cars must be parked in the visitor's parking lot, located to your right upon entering the parking lot.  There is to be no parking in numbered spaces, in the fire lane, or in areas which are not designated parking spaces.  Also, please remember to sign in at the front office when visiting the school.
